A leading tires manufacturer is seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to join its leadership team. Candidates with strong exposure to heavy industrial manufacturing operations are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations to achieve production, quality, maintenance, logistics and safety targets
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, waste reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency
• Translate business objectives into clear plant KPIs, including output, quality, delivery, cost and people performance
• Build a disciplined, high-performance culture anchored in strong accountability, teamwork, and a safety-first environment
  Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial operations environment
• Proven track record of managing large operational teams in a factory environment
• Comprehensive exposure across production, quality, maintenance and continuous improvement practices
• Strong technical exposure to tire, rubber, polymer, or heavy manufacturing industries is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and high emotional intelligence to deliver results through teams under pressure
