Zyentara Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst – Prior Authorization to join our client’s US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.

📍 Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
🏠 Work Mode: Work from Home (WFH)
🌙 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
💼 Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or G.C.E. Advanced Level
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Collections / Authorization
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
• Prior US Healthcare / RCM exposure is an added advantage
  • Candidates who are available for immediate employment are preferred.
